DAN.
Director
Dan has a history in property and Estate Agency but for the last 10 years has found his calling with the camera, he finds combining his passion for property and photography extremely rewarding. The Technical and aesthetic qualities of his work are obvious, as is his artistic flair. Dan enjoys taking photos of horses through Lens Equestrian and his daughter with her pony, who is going to be a rising star in the show jumping world. At the weekends he finds himself on Anglesey Converting a Barn with his dad.
JOE.
Director
Starting out as an Estate Agent in his younger years, it was clear from day one that Joe had an eye for the photography side of the business and he has never looked back! Joe has a real flare behind the lens and his dedication to the business shines through! In his spare time Joe enjoys playing Rugby for Orrell Rugby Union and eating out.
CONNOR.
Marketing Specialist & Drone Operator
Connor started in estate agency straight from college and quickly moved into property marketing and photography and has been doing so since 2013. Avid football fan, keen golfer and enjoys a weekend hike, tell him a dad joke or 2 to really get the best images from him
CHARLOTTE.
Marketing Specialist, Social Media Manager & Drone Operator
Charlotte graduated from the University of Chester in 2017 with a BA honours degree in photography. Since venturing into Real Estate Photography in 2020 she has discovered a passion for property and capturing homes in the best light. Thriving of creativity, in her spare time she’s always seeking new projects which involves creating content. Charlotte loves new adventures and watching the sunset on the beach.

Head Videographer
Born in Brazil and raised in London at a young age, Felype is driven by his passion for filmmaking and photography. Felype has worked in the industry for over a decade travelling the world, working alongside celebrities, footballers and capturing special moments through his unique video and photo style. Felype has taken a step further by moving to Manchester, where he is currently working for us at Lens Media where he brings his knowledge and experience to the business.

He enjoys the energy his clients bring to their own projects as he can relate to the enthusiasm and almost obsession that these projects inspire.
GEORGE.
Marketing Specialist & Drone Operator
George has been with the Hardisty team for over four years and started with us as a Sales Negotiator, however his love for property and photography has meant he has now become our in house photographer. He is passionate about showcasing clients’ homes to the very best of their potential and helping them with their moving journey. Out of work you will find him camping, running or watching Leeds Utd.
RHYS.
Marketing Specialist & Drone Operator
Rhys has a degree in photography from the University of Salford and has been a property photographer since 2020. He has also built up an impressively varied photography portfolio that features weddings, events and lifestyle photos. In his spare time, you will find Rhys running, reading a book, walking the dog or completing a home DIY project.

Bookings Manager
Emily is most happy when organising anything. She has a background in TV and organising large scale events such as Britain’s Got Talent and weddings for up to 500!
When she isn’t planning someone’s diary or coordinating something she is playing make believe with her 5 year old daughter Betty or cooking.

Damien is a passionate photographer with over 15 years of experience capturing unforgettable moments. His journey began in the world of weddings and commercial photography where he honed his skills and developed a keen eye for detail.
Driven by his love for the art of photography, Damien later transitioned to specialise in property photography for Estate agents. Over a span of 2.5 years, he successfully photographed and marketed over a thousand properties, building a skill set in showcasing real estate at its best.
In 2023, Damien embarked on a new chapter in his career, joining the dynamic team at Lens Media. When he’s not behind the lens, Damien enjoys exploring the breathtaking landscapes of the Lake District with his family and two spirited border collies.
Nicole.
Marketing Specialist & Drone Operator
Nicole has been in the photography industry from a young age, and after graduating from Birmingham City University with a photography degree, she launched her own photography business and produced a vast portfolio in family and event photography. She then ventured into the property industry as a real estate agent and property marketer.
Through her years at high street agents, she has developed skills in photography, social media marketing and presenting property tours. Her love for homes and interiors is evident in her attention to detail. And when she isn’t marketing property, she gets stuck into renovating her own home and spending time with her two young sons and partner.
Jack.
Video Editor
Jack is a self taught video editor based in Matlock, Derbyshire. Starting out on Youtube his passion pushed him to pursue a career in videography.
